One of the challenges that Genesis mentioned in her interview was having to remind herself that the reason she decided to stay at home was to make sure she spent time with her kids. Through the years, I have had a number of businesses, some successful, others not so much! Every single one was a learning experience. In December 2005, my son Dorian was born and I began to do freelance writing in earnest. Since then, we´ve added a baby brother to the mix, Dante. At Home Mom Blog was begun in March, 2007 as a way to connect and help other women who want to work from home or who are already doing so.

Genesis has a great blog called At Home Mom Blog this is a very warm and inviting blog with the warm tones and graphics it welcomes you right in.
