No Halloween at the Boss’s House This Year

You heard me right we can all pack away our backpacks and walking shoes the boss will not I repeat NOT be having Halloween this year! OK So who is the boss you ask? Bruce Springsteen of course! I guess every year Bruce Springsteen and his family and staff would put on a large Halloween display handing out Halloween candy with people dressed in costumes and it has become the HOT spot in New Jersey for trick or treating!

Due to enormouse success of thier Halloween Display, and the overwhelming crowds it drew Bruce and his wife Patti have decided it just has become too overwhelming and therefore are canceling it this year! MAN! Just as I was purchasing my tickets to New Jersey! Now I am seriously bumming! But seriously it is nice that he even went to such trouble to entertain his neighbors it a shame it has to end! This is a quote from the Boss’s site on this situation.

So as not to inconvenience you this Halloween, due to “catastrophic success” (read: too many visitors for the neighborhood to handle) and concern for the safety of kids and parents! we won’t be having our usual Halloween display this year in Rumson.
