Review of Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids Food Storage System

I was excited to be invited to review the new Rubbermaid Easy Find Lid system. As a professional organizer I detest having too many food storage containers and helping clients come up with ways to store them.

I have seen it all- clients who keep every margarine container for future use, people that use disposable containers, a mish mash of hand me downs and, what I was personally using before receiving this system, the carousel system (which I was so glad to get rid of because the containers were not of good quality. I appreciated the ability to corral the lids and containers in one place but they discolored easily, cracked and just didn’t hold up to a busy family’s use).

Rubbermaid has solved my desire for easy lid storage with the new Easy Find Lid system. The lids of the new containers snap to the bottom of the container so they are always easy to find. Or if you prefer (and this is the way I have them in my cabinet) you can snap all the lids together. (I love that! No avalanche of lids when you open the cabinet door)

All of the lids fit the bases of all the containers. What an awesome idea for maximizing storage space in your cabinets and refrigerator.

This is a fabulous food storage system and the line of products includes different types of containers, including my favorite, the Premier line (which is really stain resistant!)
