Do you start out each New Years all gun ho about starting a New Years Reslution only to see your resolution fail after just a few short weeks? Do you end up feeling alone and disappointed in yourself for failing? Don’t freat you are like 90% of all people who make New Years Resolutions! The reason our resolutions don’t work is that we set goals that are too big to reach quickly! “Hey, I can’t achieve my big goal now. Maybe I’ll start seeking it in the near future when I feel ready. Right now, I’m not ready.”
